TERMS AND CONDITIONSReturns and Refund
- Except for any products designated on the Site as nonreturnable or “final sale’, Products that are unworn, unwashed or defective may be returned within fourteen (14) days of the date you receive the Products. To return a Product, you must first email us at email@example.com. If you bought a Product at another online reseller or any retail store, you must seek to return where the Product was originally purchased.
- You must return qualifying Products to us in their original or equivalent packaging, along with their included accessories, packaging, and valid proof of purchase. You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items unless otherwise specified, and you bear the risk of loss for returning or exchanging Products. FCBC is not responsible for Products that are returned without following our instructions, or are lost, damaged, modified or otherwise processed for disposal or resale. At FCBC’s discretion, credit for partial returns may be less than invoice or individual component prices due to bundled or promotional pricing, or missing parts. Your refunded amount will be made based upon the original payment method. Shipping charges are not refundable.
- Any item that is a "sale" item is Final Sale.
- Return shipping is covered by the customer. All returns should be shipped back using an insured, trackable shipping method. FCBC Retail is not responsible for any returns lost in transit.
- Your privacy is important to us. We would never dream of sharing your information with third parties. Personal information is collected when an order is made or when you join our mailing list. Your information will only be used by FCBC to process your order and to advise you of new products and special offers or events from time to time. We will not share any of your personal information with third parties other than intermediaries, for example courier companies. Should you wish to have your details removed from our database please click the unsubscribe link on any emails you receive from FCBC.
- All prices are listed in United State dollars. Visa, Mastercard and Amex are accepted.
- Customers are not charged tax for purchases.
- A confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been received. We will ship your purchase within 3 business days via USPS.
- If there is a delay, we will reach out via email.
- Anyone at the delivery address who receives and signs for the goods shall be presumed by FCBC to be authorized to receive the goods on your behalf.

- Due to COVID19, deliveries are currently fulfilled Tuesdays and Thursdays of each week.
- The entire content of this site, including but not limited to text, logo and images is the intellectual property of FCBC. You must not use or copy in any manner.
- All credit card transactions are 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encrypted and secure. FCBC does not collect or record any credit card details that you use when purchasing. 128-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion years to break, and is the industry standard. - You agree to provide your payment information at the time you purchase any Product on the Site. Our payment page is powered by third party payment service providers and Shopify. The information provided to Shopify is governed by Shopify’s respective Terms of Services and Privacy Policies located at https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy. FCBC is not responsible for the performance of Shopify. Our obligation to provide the Services only comes into being when we take receipt of your order. You agree not to hold us responsible for banking charges incurred due to payments on your account.
- FCBC is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavor to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days within the US; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
We reserve the right to update and revise these Terms at any time. We’ll make sure to also change the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page so you can tell if these Terms have changed since your last visit. Any such changes are effective immediately when we post them, and apply to all access to and use of the Services thereafter. Please review these Terms regularly because once we post any changes, your continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
By purchasing Products, you hereby agree not to resell or distribute such Products for any commercial purposes. All orders are subject to our acceptance or rejection based on Product availability. Noncompliance with these Terms or any other reason are determined in our sole discretion. For instance, if we have reason to believe that your order is not for personal use, we reserve the right to reject or cancel any order that you place.
Changing Fees and Charges.
We may at any time and from time to time, in our sole discretion, change the fees and charges, or add new fees and charges, in relation to any of the Services.
You also acknowledge and agree that your use of the Services requires Internet access and bandwidth and we do not own or control all aspects through which the Services are provided and cannot guarantee the performance of such facilities, equipment and communications lines. The Internet is not a secure network and third parties may be able to intercept, accept, use or corrupt the information you transmit or receive over the Internet. We are not responsible for invalid, erroneous or corrupted data.
